I have the pleasure to connect with many Entrepreneur each and every Day and it is very interesting on how each and every one of their Stories is written. I have only met a view People that actually have a Duplicating Team in fact most of the People don’t have a Team or if they do complain about their Team not being Productive. Which has many Reasons on why their Team is not Productive.

If that is the Case let me be honest to you. The Answers to why you can’t recruit or don’t have duplication in your Team lies all in you! Building a successful Team is not about how many People you can recruit it is all about how well you can train them and give them a Home were they will feel comfortable.
But before you start building one you need to understand these 3 Important Keys for Team Building!
Most People still think out of a Employee standpoint. And only see what they have made in Sales divided by the hours they invested and come to the realization that in Order to make a Employees Salary they will have to work 24 hrs. And lets be honest that would not be fun nor is it possible to work that many hours. That is the Reason why you need to leverage from your Team and make sure to create duplication.
If I build a Team don’t I get to leverage their Time and Money if I make a certain % ? Giving everybody in the Team the Opportunity to work less hrs for more Money.
When we build Teams we can reach more People, reach into other Countries and reach People that we don’t know. So one of the Main focuses in your Home Base Business should be building a Team and making sure that you Duplicate.
Retention means keeping more People then you loose. If you have a Team you have the ability to build a Community. A Community is were People feel that they are a Part of something.
You are in the Business for yourself but not by yourself. If you sign up somebody brand new you have to have a Soil and Development. You have to put People into your Soil and let them grow on their own pace. You want to make sure that People feel better with you then without you.
You can build globally BUT you need People in your Team that get Results because otherwise the Team Member will turn away, not build their Team and that’s were the Validation comes into Place.
As a Team Leader you have to be willing to Produce, you have to be willing to walk that extra Mile, you have to go over and beyond what you are asking from your Team Members.
As a Entrepreneur you don’t hire and you don’t pay. You are creating a Volunteer Army. Inspiring your Team Members into their greatness is a must. You can not demand, you can not fear People into your own success. You have to inspire People to be great.
